About Patrice
Patrice has over 30 years of experience in large systems integration, program management, and software engineering. He brings a wealth of Information Systems and Technology experience to the team.
He’s played a key role on a number of prominent nationwide strategic projects: System’s engineering and architecture on the Security and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) EDGAR project, automating corporate filings and providing real-time data analysis – Director of the American Red Cross National Biomedical Computer System (NBCS) Development Center, one of the largest medical devices in the nation that supports the manufacture of over half the nation’s blood supply – as a Northrop Grumman Corporation consultant at the Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration (HHS-FDA), he provided strategic program direction and oversight of critical computer systems for the Office of Regulatory Affairs (FDA-ORA) and the Emergency Operations Center (FDA-EOC).

Patrice leads the architecture and development of KUVU, a secure web-hosted software application that reduces the paperwork and intensive labor hours incurred when enforcing both an MBE Spend Compliance or Labor Compliance Program on public works construction projects.
KUVU is Laisar’s system of record for all compliance based spend, labor and wage tracking during the length of our client projects by capturing and storing all relevant data online, in a secure database.
KUVU is a software platform designed and built as a modular system. It consists of multiple modules including Workforce Utilization, Spend Utilization, Compliance Management, Sustainability Reporting, Certification Management, Document Management.
