Elili leverages her business analysis capabilities to work within the core of many of our client projects to improve and streamline processes that help Laisar meet its objectives and reach goals.

About Elili

Elili is a Business Analyst at Laisar and develops technical solutions, defines, documents and analyzes project requirements.

Elili has over 6 years of experience working closely with organization and project stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome. As a Business Analyst at Laisar Management Group, Elili is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and operations using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to management and project stakeholders.

Elili’s attention to details has helped her engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. She has been successful at articulating those ideas and balancing them against what’s technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable working in the banking and hospitality industries before joining Laisar.

Community Engagement

Elili has been an active member of her community in Silver Spring, MD, where she has supported community events at the Connie Morella Library, managing public relation events, and implementing records management procedures, and organizational development.

When she is not crunching data, navigating key initial steps required to prepare large volumes of raw data for analysis, including stripping out unwanted information and formatting, translating data into the required format and structuring it for analysis or processing by other applications, Elili focuses on her culinary skills, inventing new food experience, living her passion for bridging various cultures through the art of food preparation.

Organizations of all sizes are increasingly seeing the value of doing business with local supply chains and specifically with diverse businesses within their communities.
