As a Systems Analyst at Laisar Management Group’s Silver Spring office, Chad designs, develops, and deploys the software applications that underpin Laisar’s analytics and reporting capabilities. He manages the full software development life cycle — from feature development and quality assurance to end-user updates and bug resolution — ensuring that every application Laisar’s team and clients rely on is accurate, functional, and built to last.
Chad collaborates closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate complex data requirements into clean, high-performance solutions. His cross-functional approach means he understands not just the code — but the business problem the code is meant to solve. That instinct for connecting technical execution to real-world impact is what makes his work matter beyond the development team.
